Zoom Wedding

It's my managers wedding today and I'm zooming in at 1pm :o)

My only experience with zoom was on Christmas day... I was across at Mums and one of my Bro's had sorted out games for four households (All Family) to play games he'd sorted for it knowing we all couldn't meet up.

It worked and was great fun, not the same but I wouldn't have had a clue how to do that.

It was a lovely service and they played one of my favourite songs at the beginning, Des'ree, I'm Kissing You. Made me a bit teary!

Twice a week quiz with family but that’s not really an event :0(

Hopkirk, a con is a convention. this one was fantasy. some of the attenders dressed up as though they were there but not everyone dresses up at them in real life...there were live lectures and a quiz and chat groups, late night after parties and memorabilia for sale. It was a real laugh. Even if there hadn't been covid I couldn't have gone to the real one because of wobbley old dog.
