It starts off with
“ we are taking a high number of calls right now so it may take a while to answer “

Then there’s the not taking responsibility...
I’m talking my long going saga with B&Q, too long to even put in here only I’ve still got 2/3rds of my kitchen done ...
If only companies could take responsibility , they don’t
End of rant !

"Customer service" is what appears on badges worn by people who haven't got a clue about what it means ;-)

it may have wandered off the op but then again it is in chatterbank

LB , because I bought online and not in the store, I’d have to travel up to Scotland to do that :0))))
Shame, you could have popped in to see Wolf63, I think she's in Perth. xx
Perth is nice...get B and Q to foot the bill.

That’s not a bad idea girls :0)
Can you get the item only from B&Q?

Corby ,it’s not so much B&Q it’s their suppliers , Shore Laminate also based in Scotland, other sites have it but they are also supplied by Shore
I'm getting massively peed off with the lack of customer service from the corporates. An amazon delivery failed to materialise last week - despite having prime and being a customer for many years their automated service told me I would have to wait a further 4 days before they could deal with it. Snotty message from me followed. Although the stupid courier had dumped it outside a neighbour's house "handed to resident" when he was away for work.

Sky tried to charge me from some unreturned equipment. It WAS returned and I could prove it. Long conversation followed. Charges allegedly refunded. No they werent. Snotty email from me. Charges sorted "Sorry, due to Covid".

Local council - tried to change council tax a few months ago. Complete balls up. Cant talk to a human, their online system is pants. Result, being charged double for a couple of months which they failed to tell us about and then sent a threatening letter. Snotty email followed (from me) and human being sorted it out.

Supermarket delivery when they failed to refund replacement/damaged items for several days. "Covid" is the problem. Apparently.

I'm getting peed off at having to write snotty emails to people. I have got enough to do without dealing with bloody idiots who think that Covid is their "get out of jail free" card for crap service.

However, locally - complained to butchers about a bit of meat. "No problem, dump it and we'll refund you next time you pop in".

Enquired of a local window cleaner - he cant do for a few weeks "Fine I say, I understand you are busy, no worries, would just like to be able to see out by June". He is here the next day on his day off cos my message made him laugh so much.
