electrician let down
As above we have been waiting for an electrican to do some work at our home, this has caused me to have time off work,so far he has not turned up but at the 11th hour he phones saying he is stuck on a job.
This means that i have lost 2 days holiday from work 3 times due to him not appearing.
Is there anything i can do to claim against him....thanks

Just sack him and get someone else to do the job. If you have paid him up front then send him a formal letter making time of the essence and giving him 7 days to attend to undertake the work. If he still doesnt turn up you could make a claim against him to recover the money paid in advance.
