Hi Iwould like to write to Pen Friends in Devon & Cornwall especially Devon. Does anybody know of any local Newspapers that would print my advert including free papers.? If you could send me a link for Contact that would be great.

Traditional penpals (i.e. using snail mail) are largely a thing of the past these days, as most contact is online (either directly by email or through social media sites, such as Facebook).
