Which Class Does The South African Law, Including The Constitution, Serve? Explain Fully.

bit of an odd question for Law I have to say- more history or sociology
the main system is Roman Dutch - I wdnt start at Roman but explain that it was pre Napoleonic ( Ancient Dutch Law) and would have served the white settlers of the time. The last Queen of Holland was sent as a princess to do a roman dutch law fourse as it is 'purer' than the system they have now
In the Batavian republic, the napoleonic code applied ( I think)
Then the years of Chaos in the northern repulbics ( orange free state and Transvaal ) The role of the grundwet - the legislature was empowered to interpret the law instead and as well as the courts. The British (crown colony of the Transvaal) were the lawful successors of the two republics and so under the Robert E Lane case 1906 had to pick up the bill for the misdeeds of kruger and his pals
Pre war - the drift to the right
apartheid post war. Land apportionment act. Pass laws
independence part 1 - with Nelson M and the rule of law
independence 2 - state capture and the selling of assets by Zuma to the predators.
but this is not really law - more history or sociology
You could for example dwell on the liberal aspects of SA law - the right of grandparents to see their children ( no right in England) was converted to a duty to look after their children in 1932
england lags far behind in this even now
