try google - search willow wigwam - quiet a few sites - tho i'm not convinced by them myself

You can buy them from the big Craft Fairs that go around the country. Craftsmen like hurdlemakers would have them.

There are many online sites. Put 'willow teepees for children' into Google and see what you think.
