Helloo~
This isn't a serious question or anything, I'm only curious about this. Recently I've been wondering if there are people out there welling to "date" someone online but while maintaining thier... Privacy? Or rather just keeping the alias they have and not get too personal, and if that was even possible. I've online friends whom I knew for years and only recently we started sharing photos of each other, so we never really knew how we looked liked and honestly never really cared. But I'm not sure if there are people who would actually fall in love (lightly not so deeply) with someone online without knowing much about them. I'd like to know your opinions.
Thank you~

That has put me off somewhat, but I have recovered.
Love is what you perceive and what your idea of love really is and it varies from person to person. If you feel that you have fallen in love with someone online, then you have.
Yes, it is an experience, there may or may not be a price to pay, so go for it.

You may fall in love with the on-line persona but at some point you would want to meet them, and you may then find out they are nothing like what you thought they were.
I had a friendship through an online forum for around 3 years, when we eventually met, we did not get on at all, it was quite embarrassing really as we had to spend the whole day together and it was obvious to us both it would be the first and last time we met.
