Yes emmie, there's also conflicting stories there, Staff Nurse I spoke to said one toe, Jen said 4 which is what we were expecting.

so they have amputated 4 toes, awful tony, she must be devastated.

emmie not really, it's what we were expecting and had been told would happen. Jens toes were black due to no blood supply.

No idea at the moment emmie, think Jen will be transferred to a rehab centre / hospital before she finally comes home.

i expect you are right. have the social services got everything she needs now.

Nearly just need a surport rail in the kitchen, two guys turned up last week, but made a hasty exit, will wait until Jen gets home for them to come and reassess.

i am sure they will. She has had major surgery so they will need to come and assess her.

Morning all. It's been chucking it down all night here.

I finally got my meds delivered. The order was still wrong though but I did get one of the important ones.

Bad timing...our downstairs toilet has developed a leak just as I received my water tablets. I might wet myself trying to get upstairs :-)
