Got to house we are renovating today to let carpet fitters in etc, to find it’s been broken into and burgled. Back door glass smashed in, glass everywhere, and obviously what was there was been stolen. What’s wrong with people!?

I'm so sorry to hear that Smow. Can you up security there, like a some cameras and/or there anyone who can keep an eye on it for you? Especially if there are other empty places nearby, like you said the house next door was. In case they are still nearby and to make sure it isn't targeted again ,if they see more stuff has been put in but the house is still empty.

We were going to renovate it but seeing as it has been targeted now as empty we are just going to put it up for auction and cut our losses. These things happen I guess x
