Restore Dried Out Cuban Cigars?

Is there any way to restore cigars that have dried up? I've got 3 Cuban cigars that I've had in a humidor for a year or two now but wasn't looking after them and they're now pretty dried out but still look okay.

I'm no connoisseur but any stretch of the imagination so I can still smoke them and get enough enjoyment but I'm just wondering are there any treatments I could carry out beforehand that will make them more palatable and not as likely to flake?

Any tips appreciated.

If you still have a humidore put them back in there. To buy one is a bit expensive.

I wouldn't, but yes you can.
Put the cigars back in the humidor and make sure you have the sterile water container well topped up.
Leave for about a month.
What make and size are they?
