By the way, to correct your misinformation, we haven't lived here 3 years, we have built three extensions (yes, three) and the only time builders were on the property was when there was brick / building work to be done. The vast proportion of work we have done ourselves, save for the electrics, plumbing and plastering.

You are a very disturbed individual, APG, and believe it or not you do have my sympathy.

Unlike you, I don't dwell in a fantasy realm. Our renovation work is an ongoing project and will be for the remainder of this year I daresay.
