Samsung S8 And Amazon Apps

I have the above phone and have a paid for amazon app on it, despite my best efforts when i come to use the app i find the phone has disabled my permission settings and i have to go into , settings /apps/ amazon app store/ enable, is their a permanent way for me to always have this app available/enabled?, its a bird ID app and its quite frustrating if you are trying to ID something before it flies away, Thanks

hi, Android version 9 and the app is Birds of Britain, sorry about long delay, Internet connection is patchy at the moment
