Let Me Entertain You - Brian Connelly

I watched Brian Connelly's talent show programme on Thursday 24th Aug and there was a rap group on there. At the end of the show one of the band member's was being interviewed and I recon I've seen him before in something else but can't for the life of me think what. Can anyone help please as it's doing my head in? He's a young dark skinned guy with a bit of a moustache.

He's Morris Simpson and he *nearly* won a whole heap of money of Deal Or No Deal.

Thanks so much. It's really been one of them where you wake up in the middle of the night and you nearly have the answer, then you think just that little bit too hard and it's all gone!

this show is a total fix! I know someone who was on it and they all know (apart from the audience, i guess), if they will win or not!

But don't the audience vote, so how can it be fixed? When the members of the audience get bored with an act they press a button. When that number reaches 50% of the audience the act is out of the comp, unless it hits 3 minutes first.

dagman - yes, the audience think they are voting, but in reality those little buttons aren't doing anything.

If you're still here CiderMonkey (I like the name!) why would they do that? Saying that, the aim of the show is to get 2 acts through each show, I think, if that's the case what stops the audience voting them all through or all out???? mmmm! I wonder! or does it go, say if three win, the two with the least 'vote offs after 3 mins' are the winners? gonna have to watch it again!

some one on here said the whole 'let me entertain you' show is fixed and all the contestants no if they r going to win or not! well i was a contestant on it doing magic and illusion and altho im not completely convinced that the audience is in control i had no idea wether we would win or not you are told nothing like that on the show!
