Tourism Signage, Does Anyone Know The Name Of This Type Of Sign?

Not sure even which category to post this......I climbed this mountain recently, and I was very impressed with the signage which showed what county/direction you were looking at in the 360 degree views from the top. I am thinking of getting involved with a local tourism project and would like to know what you call this type of sign (basically a metal plaque mounted on stone pedestal)....so that I can find out who supplies them. Oh thank you for that, at least now I know what to search for. That particular station was so useful at the top of the mountain, pointing out all that was visible from there.

The round thing is a toposcope -

The pillar behind is the triangulation point - for mounting a theodolite.

Yes, it's clear that balliali is interested in the toposcope (also known as an orientation table) and not the triangulation point/station behind it.

By their nature toposcopes are one-off items that need to be carefully designed, (usually) cast in metal and mounted securely. This firm could do them:
