body in a suitcase murder

in the late 80s a man called john stacey who had lived in milton keynes as a teen was jailed along with his brother for the murder of a woman , he put her remains in a suitcase , this man was in my class and i would like to read up on the case but cant remember dates etc does anyone remember this and know where i can find the info? tia.

I remember a fella in the same year. Henk Potts. He is on Sky News now as a finance reporter and works for Barclays high up. I wanted to find the reports about John Stacey as well as I don’t think he ever came across that way to me if it’s the same bloke I am thinking of. Seemed pretty friendly and well into his raving. That’s why I was looking for it. Pretty sure it happened in the 90’s though not late 80’s.

I was drinking with him for three months in Waterford January to March at the time he murdered the lady sometime in November.. Then saw the news , Cops flew over to Waterford to question him with Irish cops and made an arrest and flew to England , his brother was arrested too but got away with it by making a statement against his brother . I didn’t know at the time he had already killed the lady , drinking with him and mates every night , I could see the sweat on him . Must be thinking of the lady a case up at the attic in Swindon B&B . A guest complained about the smell up at the attic , Landlord went up to check and found the case . Cops was called . Got life in prison , went to broadmoor aswell , I think he is out now .. Not in Waterford anymore where his family lived .
