I have a 2017 Ford Fiesta and have connected my Samsung A71 phone. Recently a call is made to 07922099846 without activating the call system. When I try end call it ends but immediately again appears on the display screen. Despite continuing to press end call button it keeps on calling the number. The only way I can end call is to stop car turn off ignition and open car door to disconnect system. While this call is being made nothing else will function, radio, CD, satnav.
When calling the number it shown as unobtainable. It may go days without it happening and then it starts up. I have uninstalled my phone book and disconnected phone but without any luck. Any help will be appreciated

The number must be on your phone in Recents. Can you not delete and or block it?

Is it listed as your mailbox number. I accidentally had this and kept ring someone in error from my car

Thank you all for your help. There is no record of any call being made from my phone and no mention of it in records. I have also done a search in my contacts for this number which came back as negative. Have checked my mailbox number which is different from number dialled. I have now arranged for Ford dealer to carry out a diagnostic on car as they feel there may be an update required. Again thanks for your help
