of all the questions in the world, i would like to ask a few science questions on the things ppl wouldnt never ask, and i just want to know why clouds have to be white? why not any other colour ? - Hayley
A cloud is made up of lots of tiny drops of water. When sunlight goes through a droplet, it bends, refracts, scatters and then comes out again. the millions of droplets mix up all the light together so it appears white.
They don't have to be white Hayley. Have you not seen Black Clouds or even Grey? You should be in this "Stretch of the Woods" we see these coloured clouds most of the time.
