I see that George Osborne, once a politician, then a newspaper editor, is to become chairman of the British Museum. Either he's a man of exceptional talents in different fields or somebody is pulling strings for him.
I feel I could still do the state some service if I had the opportunity. How to apply to an OB network, anybody know?

start by applying to go to Eton.

In Osborne's case, he's also joined a wunch of investment bankers, so you could try that
