Third Party Help

When you need help/counselling third party and that person is no longer there - who do you turn to - the fourth party - sorry I give up.

And all in all - who do you trust. One, 2nd 3rd party and they don't deliver the goods - aren't you back at the beginning whether you don't ask any more?
