I lost 1stone 2 lbs and 2 ounces since 25 July 2020 - lockdown. Not much I know.

I think most of us would be a lot healthier if we lost some weight.
And little by little is the way to go. Starvation diets might show quick results but I don't think they're the best method.

starvation diets are a sure-thing for gall bladder issues especially if you are female, fat, fair, freckled and forty (over)....and for men too but women suffer more from them. And you don't want it - really painful as I know.... Women says it's worse than childbirth - now that I wouldn't know but at least there's something productive with childbirth, a gall bladder there is not.
