pc trouble

when i connect the power lead to the pc the light on the front and on the cd drive flash and the fan on the back turns, i makes no diffrence if i press the power buttton. it wont start up

Check the connections on your motherboard. Its easy to plug the power terminals in backwards or in the wrong place.
