Spending some more happy hours packing up the dozens and dozens of things I've knitted, crocheted and crafted for my first stint in our New and Nearly New shop tomorrow. Will be so happy to see the boxes empty at last.

I do all the Sundays in the shop because most of the other volunteers go to Mass...my days of the week are all the same.

Perspex screen, mask, sanitiser and a water pistol for anyone who disobeys the Only 2 in the shop at once sign.
How times have changed.

I’m a great believer in water pistols, wonderful gadgets. I especially like those that look like machine guns.

When we moved here, Vagus we were plagued with cats. Dave bought one of those huge water pistols...a monster of a thing.

Lord knows what the folk passing by thought of the giant sized man charging around the garden with a giant sized water pistol.

Wall to wall sport tonight which I hate and definitely won't be watching the boring football, but not bothered because going round to a friend's for an Indian takeaway later and we'll be too busy eating, drinking wine and nattering !
