Bt Call Protect

I cannot seem to get ito my BT Call Protect on the computer to check my last 20 incoming calls to add/edit my Blacklist. This came free. I get load of instructions on BT site about ordering Call Protect something I already had and it seems to have disappeared. Bt is not an easy site at the best of times.
Does anyone know if anything new has happened or is it just THICKO me.

I haven't used this facility yet, but I've just been to my account -

Your Products > Digital Voice > "Call Protect" > Manage

Then I get the option to manage "Your Blacklist" - "Your Recent Callers" - "Blacklist Settings"

Have you got a My BT ID?

Are you able to log into the BT website using it?

If so, what happens then?

(Remember that you alter your BT Call Protect settings from your phone, rather than from your computer, by dialling 1572).
