Why Do I Faint When I’m In Crowds?

I faint sometimes when I’m near a lot of people, but it’s not the heat. It could be cold and I’ll still faint near a large crowd. Could I be overwhelmed or stressed out. Idk it’s like a romance anime lol

Anxiety induced syncope probably.
Could be claustrophobia. I suffer with it mildly but feeling faint is one of the symptoms.

I also dislike crowds.
You could be susceptible to the feelings and pressure of being in a crowd. Like your thoughts of what people are thinking of you and what they may say or do. It can get to you.
I think I would faint in a large crowd, I hate being with a lot of people, especially if I'm surrounded, and am slightly claustrophobic. Part of it could be lack of air.
