We need a flush out of both leaders and some others. That would hopefully return the Tory Party to its rightful place (not Green) leading the country to greater riches and a decent labour Party to keep them on their toes.

The NEC is Labour’s board of directors, not Momentum, despite what some people like to think.
Expelling these groups can only help Labour and, you would have thought, consequently strengthen the hand of a moderate leader

It only requires 40 Labour MPs to trigger a leadership election. Although Starmer would probably win among Labour MPs that is not the case in the party as a whole, where the Left is more united than the Right. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Rayner as leader come the next election, all of which must be music to Boris's ears.
