Non Premium Number For Esure Car Insurance ?
Hi, I need to report an accident to Esure but the only numbers I have incur an unknown service charge + 25p a minute !
Does anyone have a free or landline number I can use from a mobile, please ?

Under Ofcom rules, all phone service providers (both landline and mobile) must charge exactly the same rate for calls to 03 numbers as they do to 01 and 02 numbers. For many people (such as those with BT packages with free evening calls or people using mobile phone 'bundles' with 'included minutes') that means that the calls will actually be free.
So calling the non-geographic 0345 603 7872 number will cost you exactly the same as its geographic equivalent, which is 0141 221 5777.
You're too late to call this evening though. On weekdays the lines are open from 0800 to 2000.

Ah ok, thanks Buenchico.
I checked on my provider's website, says
UK mobile or standard UK fixed line number 01, 02, 03 25p per min. Just took that to mean that's what it is.
While I agree seems to be out of hours, Esure's website also says Claims 0345 603 7872 number is one of a few 24-hour lines are open 7 days a week. Totally contradictory.
Well, sent them a webform, will e-mail too, spent FAR too long on this, will try again tomorrow.
