We have not used cups and saucers for years.
Anybody getting a brew in our house gets a mug with a picture or a logo on it.

Afternoon tea for me means a bone China cup and saucer, the rest of the time I us mugs, mostly China rather than heavy pottery, herbal teas in a glass mug.

Yes, i use mugs. Have got a decent cup and saucer set just in case the Queen or someone comes for tea, but not used it yet.
