Since becoming available in 1998, people have wondered if Viagra is appropriate for women. But studies appear to say that it isn't. Karen Katen, president of Pfizer, said that the company's lack of success in its "Viagra for women" program proved that Viagra does not work on women. Many other companies tested Viagra for women too. But all these tests failed. The market is still waiting for a Viagra-like female libido enhancer.
If there was a glimmer....the Pfizer would have jumped at the chance.
