Hi I am Craving Bakery Cream Puffs with choux Pastry.Does anybody have a tried and tested good recipe please or a link to a good one .? Thanks.

When I was little I had one every Saturday from Braggs the bakers. I swear it was as big as my head and smothered in real chocolate. I had a face smothered in chocolate and cream when I'd finished.
Still my favourite cream cake - I've tried to make choux pastry many times but never really been successful, hope you're better than me
