- roll: cut in half
- smother with tomato puree
- cover with desired topping
- cover with grated cheese
- spread lightly small amount of tomato and basil pesto
- drizzle olive oil
- season with pepper
- under the grill til cheese bubbles and you think it looks tasty!!!!

Yummy! I do the same thing with french loaves.I cut 2 french loaves in half lenghtways,then cut each strip into 3/4 pieces,and tomato puree,cheese,and then anything I fancy - tomatoes,ham,mushrooms,then I have loads of french bread pizzas to freeze!!
