As far as I can see it only charted once in July 1960

Depends on setters exact wording or thinking. Does it include covers. Does he mean top 10 or 20 or 50 as there can be weekly fluctuations so asing can go in and out and back in to top10 while staying in top 20. This setter has form on these?
