I wouldn't like to try lamb's brains again. I made a mistake when I had not been long in France and misread 'cervelles' for 'crevettes'. It was a shock when these 2 little creamy things appeared on my plate!

Other also concerns lambs. At Easter a beautiful, shiny display of glistening plump ovals appeared in out local butcher's, beautifully decorated with tomato 'flowers' etc., etc.. You've guessed it - lamb's testicles!
Otherwise, I leave spinach firmly alone. :)

jno - we have Pizzaguys - fabulous pizza - just fabulous dough - crispy and tasty. wouldn't touch Dominos with a paddle - they're not the cleanest - here anyway.
