What a lovely man , not being bias but I love young Anthony

Mark Taylor, managing director, came across as a good man, but I feel that before going out undercover his managers needed to keep him more informed on the problems in Pickfords. This refers especially to the team working out of a portacabin, or was it a shipping container, without proper facilities such as decent toilets. Something like that should never had happened in a company as large as Pickfords.

As this has been ongoing for several years you would think that any firm where someone is being filmed would be suspicious about it.

No one in employment should be fearful of raising issues about working conditions, let's hope there's now more openness across the whole of the company.

How is this different from Undercover Boss? Is it new?

Of course the company ( any of them ) will be shown in a good light which will bring business going forward
