I watched Jamie Oliver on Channel 4 last night trying to better the standard of School Meals.
Well call me picky but his own standard for hygiene should be questioned! He watched the head cook prepare food while she wore ear rings, she never had a hair net on to cover her hair, nor did Mr Oliver himself. She was smoking in what seemed to be the back kitchen area while wearing her white workwear, He was seen walking around the school yard wearing his whites. Then they were removing the cooked burgers from the oven trays with their bare hands and not using the food tongs.
Meanwhile back at his restaurant there wasn`t a hairnet to be seen on any of his staff.
I then turned over to watch Coronation St so I don`t know what other misdemeanour`s they all got up to.
So I reckon for the kids sake he should re-sit his Food Hygiene and Safety exam!

I think the actual outcome of it all is far more important than a hair net although I see your point. Nothing worse than finding a hair in your pastic drumsticks or a bit of fag ash in your greasy chips is there.

His parent`s were on tv the other night speaking without hardly any accent,so why does he sound like the lost son of Delboy?
