Could very well be, Lie-in King - they've been very shifty, not an email in sight, loads of phone numbers, but nowt else...wonder what they're scared of, eh?...I'll give 'em a mail! Very Many Thanks.

You can do an online chat with them via their web site. That has the advantage of instant replies to questions which I found very useful a month or so ago.

bhg - woodelf uses a screen reader & an online chat would be problematic to say the least.

Not to worry BHG, you weren't to know and though I've used live chat in past with amazon for example, it's been very slow and awkward - and so has my screen reader..."your slight attempt at humour again, eh?" SAYS LIK, with a grin...yeah, dig the LIK eh - and oh, I mailed that address and Currys' mail box is shut, so they've sewn up that outlet too!...just have to go in person, a drag, but easier than faffin' about with screen reader and phone too!
