I am new to this but I have a couple of NHS notifications which came by text not email and I need hard copies.
I looked on my phone's help site and it said to download and install an app called sms backup. I did this and had the option of transfer so clicked this and transferred the two texts via a usb lead ok but......I cannot find them anywhere on my laptop!
Copy the text. Open your email and start a new message to yourself. Paste the text as the message. (same way as copy press and hold the release for paste option). Send the email
Sorry - I also downloaded Xperia Companion and I think that is what I use! When I attached the micro usb to the phone and the usb to the laptop it gave me the option to save sms messages so I highlighted both and pressed transfer and the laptop seemed to say they had been received on laptop but cannot find them
Thanks
Moggie
I mean touch and hold and it comes up with copy text - fwd message or delete. If I select forward it says enter one or more recipients and I can send it to someone on my contacts list but not to my own email address!

Hold your finger on the text message. It will give you the option to copy it, so copy it.
Then go to your email and start a message to yourself. In the body of the email, past the text that you have just copied.after you have sent the email to yourself, open it on your laptop, and then print it.
it would be easier to write down the information from the text message onto a piece of paper another option would be to print screen the text message and then send this photo to your emails
