Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Please explain these to me.
1. Had pop singer found less quiet source of material. Ans Draper (sells material). A rapper might be a pop singer (questionable) , lose a p and you've got raper but can get the d nor account for the had.
2. Painter using black and red.Ans Blake. Black is b or bl but can't get the lake or ake. Lake paint is a type of paint but not exclusively red.
3. Thrash at which the Independent was present, supplying spirit. Ans indwelt (never heard of ) but that's the spirit bit. (Independent was in italics for some reason) .
4. Announce lift out of bounds for percussionists. Ans Steel band . Out of bounds would be banned but can't get the lift=steel .
5. Learned body abroad formally decide to cancel first degree. Ans Ulema. Never heard of it but that is the learned body abroad. There's annul and ma but can't get there.
