Harissa roasted vegetables for us later, a huge tray of it, with garlic bread slices.
A bottle of pink fizz as a starter which is a real treat as we’re both on the wagon at the mo as lockdown hasn’t done our livers any favours, and a magnum type thing for pud.
It’s in the oven nearing its allotted time and smells wonderful.
The pink fizz is going down great, think I’m a cheap date now as my alcohol tolerance is far less than it was.
Have found some melty middle choc puds in the freezer, and a thingy of vegetarian elmlea (?) at the back of the fridge so that’s pud sorted instead of magnum type things.
