We are unable to add Nectar points in-store later if you forgot your Nectar card. However, if you get in touch with one of our friendly Nectar colleagues they’ll be able to amend your Nectar points balance.

Phoned the store. I have to take the tv back and ask for a refund, then repurchase the tv and use nectar card.
What a performance!!
When I rang the store I went through 5 lots of options. Then someone said they would have to phone the gloucester store to ask their policy. You would think a spokesperson would know that wouldn't you.
Anyway thank you all for your helpful comments.
