morning all, i hope you are well and that your day will be a good one. I have a doctors appointment and then meeting a friend for lunch. The weather has turned very chilly and autumnal. Time to dig out the sweaters i think.

he was an awkward so and so at times, but i liked him, when i was ill he offered me some good advice and a friendly ear so to speak.
