[A Chill Wind]

Has anybody else noted the recent upsurge in questions posted in Chatt... sorry, Body & Soul that ordinarily would be posted in their relevant categories ? It's just a little puzzling that the Topics bar on the left takes up a fair bit of screen space but I imagine that people have B&S bookmarked as their point of arrival. Maybe as an experiment ABEd could lock every other topic just for one day and filter everything into B&S instead. Wonder if anyone would notice...

It's the typical "I know this is the wrong category, but I bet it will get answered here faster" syndrome.

I think most of what goes into B&S nowadays fits this description.

Bit of a bugbear of mine that.....no wonder that category moves faster than I do at the sight of a cream cake, folks post there in the mistaken belief that there's more people on it, whereas in reality it's the same half dozen folks who post in each thread (yes I know, me included!)

oh and yes ACW, I'd notice- whilst I admit I do peruse (great word that) B& S more than the other categories, I do potter off into the other sections and answer sensibly (well mostly anyway) where I can.

I posted a tongue in cheek question in there the other week and no body spotted the irony of it! Never mind, I can be quite rude too if it is blatantly in the wrong place, it is like i am tidying up at home lol
