morning, another early start, can't sleep any longer it would seem.
i hope you are all well and that your day is a good one. I will brave the weather and go out later this morning to do a bit of shopping. Perhaps it won't rain like it did yesterday, which was torrential. are you doing anything today, apart from those that are working?

I am at work today and tomorrow and then off friday for Ummms funeral which will be a long hard day.
Leave the house at 430am and will get back at 1130pm.

what a sad day that will be, i hope it goes as well as it can. I miss her posts on this thread. she was feisty but seemed to take things in her stride.

I know that not everyone will agree Emmie - that is obvious from those missing from the Announcement of her passing.
But you had to know her offline to know that she had a heart of gold and was actually really shy, she was my sounding board so much over the years especially when my dad died.
She was funny and soooo clumsy.
But she never failed to see the positive.

i didn't know her obviously, but she struck me as a kind individual,, especially when dealing with her family - i am sure she is missed by her family and friends.

Redhelen, it is heart warming to read how ummmm's friends on AB are saying the same things about her. It is good for us to realise that some people here are so much more than their on line persona. Ummmm sounds a very compassionate person and I imagine the funeral will be so well attended to pay respect to her and to celebrate her life.
