Am going out with a lady who has a male lodger who is paying her rent. Should I be cautious. As she would not like me having a female lodger. Thank you.

Why does this bother you? It doesn't mean she is Mrs Robinson but if you don't trust her - end it. Being suspicious is not fair on her.
