does anyone know if i can get a free download for a computer aided design program to avoid paying �200

You could look on versiontracker.com

There's possibly freeware or shareware CAD programmes there

Enter 'cad' into the search field and click 'Go'.

Then change 'licenses' to 'free' and click 'Filter'.
