We are all familiar with how Black music has influenced that of white performers in recent times, but how many of us know anything about the roll Blacks played in Georgian times, or much earlier in British history? Or how it compares with that of White people?

Perhaps a more relevant question might be - How many of us care? (Oh - and its ROLE not ROLL)
on the one hand they moan about "racism" on the other they create segregatory events like this. Surely the aim is to have no categorisation by race yet they seem to set up and do just that by these "Black....(insert name of event)" events. I just don't see how it helps.
