I watched a movie when i was a kid in 1980s where a man turns into alien while returning from space in a spaceship and it crash lands and it starts killing people

i can think of 3 films that loosely follow that plotline - the Quatermass X-Periment (1955), First Man Into Space (1955) and The Incredible Melting Man (1977).

There may of course be others.......

Well, none of it matches that movie.
There is only one man who is inside the spaceship who turns into an alien due to some alien infection while returning to earth after a long journey from space or planet (idk) and crash lands inside the forest and that monster comes out of the ship and starts the rampage.
