when we are going to get subtitles back on the TV?
If I can't have subtitles, I have to wear headphones which are not comfy if you are having to wear them for such a long time.

Lots of programmes on C4 and C5 have been affected in different ways - as well as loss of subtitles, the usual background music has changed and is way too loud, drowning at the narration. Adverts are chopped off after just starting or freezing until the programme starts again.
Also some programmes that are usually available on catch up are missing - annoying one is one missing episode from a series.

barry, obviously we don't know what they need to do to get things right again, but you would think that after a week of them working flat out to put things right, that everything would be sorted by now.
Obviously it is more difficult for deaf or very hard of hearing people.
