Only 7 kids living at home now-a-days. Same here Barry, I know what goes on in filming and to me it's just a programme like All Creatures Great & Small. Its not real farming or country life, and totally geared to advertising book deals and their new holiday lets.

Having seen all of 10 minutes of this stuff last series, I'd rather stand outside in the dark and pouring rain, tonight.
It's all very "look at us, aren't we to be envied - now, buy the book".

I first saw Amanda and the family on Adrian Edmondson's The Dales back in 2011. I thought them charming but that was enough for me, just as couple of episodes of Ice Road Truckers was interesting but enough.

5 series all ready?. wow..

I am not sure if I will watch all the series, but I do like to dip in and out of it. it's cute sometimes to watch the kids interact with the animals

it may also provide a break from holby city
