Never worry about my weight, not even post baby (when I was pretty massive, I'd gained 50% of my body weight during pregnancy). I just eat what I want and as long as I feel ok, I don't worry. Tho in sayign that, I'm a size 8/10 most of the time. Can't remember the last time I even weighed myself. Am lucky, my friends are entirely un self obsessed and we just never, ever discuss diets etc. infact, I've never known any of my close circle of pals to be on diets (two of them are size 18, but happy). Think it's partly to do with being in our 30s, you get more at home in your own skin and to be honest, these stick insect, lolly headed waifs are not something I have ever wanted to attain for myself, even when younger. As a general rule, I find the more obsessed people are with how they look, the less interesting they are to be around.
