Minted Lamb Kebabs - Side Dishes?
15 Answers
On a whim I decided to make some minted lamb kebabs. Normally we would have these with salad and a minty yoghurt dressing. But I do not have much salad stuff and I am not going out because I am about to light the fire.
I was thinking a couscous with some toms and cuc and onion and probably a bit of feta and pine nuts as a side dish, but Mr BM doesnt like couscous. He's not a big fan of rice either so broad bean and dill rice is out.
Any ideas what I can serve as a side? I'm all out of inspiration. I realise now I should have just made cottage pie.

Margo, I've already made the kebabs. Although I suppose I could just mash his into a dish and do just that.
Cashier - same problem - rice, pasta or couscous doesnt float his boat. (Unless the pasta is home made and I really cannot be bothered with that today).
